Can I track my order? Yes, you sure can track your order.
After making a purchase, you will receive an automated email containing your shipping details, a tracking number, and a link to your shipping provider. Your shipping provider depends on your location and the total cost of your order. We ship with Australia Post.
What if my order is delayed or damaged? We are here to assist you at every stage of your order. If your parcel is delayed, we will contact the shipping provider on your behalf. We pack your order very well and have never had an issue with damage; however, in the unlikely event that something does happen to your order while in transit, please contact us immediately, keep all packaging, and take photographs of the damage. Email your concerns to info@birdsettings.com.au and we will provide you with our Returns Procedure and a solution promptly.
Is my order insured while it’s travelling to me? Yes, most definitely! All order are fully insured during transit. Your order is securely packaged, and we use various shipping methods depending on the destination and value of the parcel. All shipments have tracking numbers and are insured for their full value. Ensure you provide accurate delivery details for smooth processing.

Australia Post Standard and Express Registered and Insured Shipping:
- We offer Free Express Shipping Australia wide for orders over $250.
- Standard Shipping Flat Rate of $15 insured for orders up to the value of $250
- Express Shipping Flat Rate of $19 insured for orders up to the value of $250
- Depending on the service, orders can take anywhere from 3-5 working days.
- Due to postal demand, December delivery times may be longer than stated.
- We allow the use of PO Boxes.
- Tracking is provided via Australia Post.
- All deliveries require a signature.
International Shipping and Delivery Services (outside of Australia)

- Depending on the service, orders can take anywhere from 7-14 working days.
- Due to postal demand, December delivery times may be longer than stated.

- All deliveries require a signature.
Local Pick Up For Australia : If you want, you can also pick up your order from: Bird Jewellery Settings, 13 Brisbane Dr, Jensen QLD 4818, Australia. Please bring your order confirmation e-mail when you come to pick it up. Local pickup is usually ready in 24 hours from Monday to Friday.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Customs and duty charges vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility. We provide suitable documentation for all international shipments. Please check with your local customs agents for specific regulations.
